Naver's operating profit last year was 1.3 trillion won, The Reverse Growth

 

Naver has entered reverse growth. Its consolidated operating profit fell 1.6 percent year-on-ear to 1.3047 trillion won last year. During the same period, sales reached KRW 8.2201 trillion, up 20.6% from the previous year.

According to Naver's announcement on the 3rd, sales and operating profit in the fourth quarter of last year were KRW 2.2717 trillion and KRW 336.5 billion, respectively. Sales rose 17.8% year-on-year, but operating profit fell 4.2%.

Soo Yeon Choi CEO of Naver said, "22 was a year that strengthened investment and growth for a bigger leap as a global company," adding, "We will maintain growth through stable growth of existing businesses and pioneering new markets and strive to become users' favorite platform."
